“It’s with pleasure that we welcome Marty Sacks to our
family,” says Michael Dosch, President of Axia Audio. “Or perhaps I
should say, welcome him back.”
Sacks was previously National Sales Director for Telos
Systems (www.telos-systems.com)
from 1999 to 2003, overseeing sales for the Telos and Omnia brands. Now,
he rejoins the organization in the newly-created position of Vice
President at Axia Audio, the networked-audio division of Telos. At this
new post, Marty will be responsible for managing the division’s rapid
growth.
“Axia has exceeded our growth expectations in every way,”
comments Dosch. “In fact, managing our explosive growth has become a
full-time job — which is why I’ve asked Marty to lead our team to the
next level.”
“It is exciting to be on team Axia,” says Sacks. “Axia is
the fastest growing console company in the industry, and with good
reason — the products are innovative and the company is obsessive about
exceeding client expectations. I have great respect and fondness for the
folks here… It's wonderful to be back!”
Marty is well known within the broadcasting community for
his leadership skills and commitment to clients. His career as a
broadcast engineer includes American University’s WAMU-FM and
Washington, D.C.’s WPGC, working with the legendary Milford Smith. He
helped build sales at Pacific Research & Engineering, was Director of
Radio Sales at Electronics Research Inc. (ERI), and most recently held
the post of VP/COO at Streamline Publishing, parent company of Radio Ink
Magazine.
Marty will assume his new position immediately, and can
be reached at +1-216-241-7225, or via email at marty@AxiaAudio.com .
